RATES

Initial Client Consult- 80 minutes - $285

Hourly Fee for a 50 minute hour - $190

Psychological Testing - $285

Client Reports - $190 per hour

Telephone Consults - $190 an hour

Insurance

I am a private pay practitioner. However, many insurance carriers cover out-of-network providers. 

I will provide a super-bill for you to provide to your insurance carrier. If you plan on submitting to

your insurance provider, I recommend that you call your insurance provider to see if your services are covered.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours

in advance, you will be charged the full fee.
